10:33 a.m. - Police received a tip of a possible meth lab at 314 Ophelia St. HazMat, the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office, Newton Falls police and fire departments, and the Warren Police Department's K-9 unit were called just after 3 p.m. to the location. HazMat workers could be seen from the street collecting materials from a detached garage behind the house. An investigation is ongoing.

March 16, 7:58 p.m. - Daniel P. Parkhurst, 41, of Warren, was charged with failure to stop after an accident and failure to maintain reasonable control. Parkhurst was issued a citation and a court date.
2:40 p.m. - Michael T. Kline Jr., 35, of Warren, was charged with failure to reinstate his license. Kline was released with a citation and received a court date.
