HUBBARD - Eli Moga, 91, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
He was born Aug. 2, 1922, in Hubbard, the son of Nicholae and Marie Beu Moga.
Eli retired from Powell Pressed Steel as a welder, and then was the Hubbard Township zoning inspector.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church in Youngstown and served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Siciliano of Hubbard; a sister, Nora Moga of Hubbard; two granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters.
Eli was preceded in death by his wife, the former Sylvia M. Filimon; a brother; a sister; and an infant sister.
Services will be held at noon Monday at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home, where family and friends may call one hour prior to the services.
Interment will take place in Hubbard Union Cemetery.
