GRANTSVILLE, W.Va. - Willard R. Burrows, 74, from Grantsville, W.Va., and formerly of Windham, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at his niece's home in Streetsboro.
He was born Dec. 17, 1939, in Grantsville, W.Va., to D.K. Burrows and Leone Kelly Burrows.
He served with the U.S. Army from 1963-65 and worked as a supervisor for General Motors for 30 years, where he had perfect attendance.

Willard enjoyed hunting, dirt track racing, gardening and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Kathleen Burrows; his beloved dog, Pooh; and mother, Leone Burrows of Marietta.
He was loved and adored by so many nieces and nephews, Debbie and Jimmy, Jamie and Kelly, Whitney and Jeff, Kim and Ken, Laurie and Espy, Donny and Kim, Pete and Yogi, and just so many more.
He is also survived by a sister, Louise Kovar, and brothers Charles (Ruth) Burrows and Denzil (Brenda) Burrows.
He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Billy Burrows.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home, Streetsboro Chapel, 9781 Page Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Brother Willie Ailstock will be officiating.
Burial will follow the service in Windham Township Cemetery.
