CANFIELD - Rachelle Calvin took center stage for the Lakeview Bulldogs.
Trailing by two points to Canfield with the seconds counting down, the Bulldogs found Calvin in the left corner and she drained a 3-pointer as time expired, giving the Bulldogs the 54-53 victory over the Cardinals.
The Bulldogs trailed by as many as 13 in the first half, but caught back up after an 18-4 third quarter.
With 9 seconds remaining, the score was tied at 51. Canfield gained a two-point edge after two Savannah Barko free throws, before Calvin clinched the win for Lakeview (20-2). She finished the game with 11 points.
Alli Pavlik led Lakeview with 17 points.
Canfield's Rachel Tinkey led all scorers with 21 points. The Cardinals are 13-7.
BRISTOL 61, CHALKER 57: BRISTOLVILLE - Kylie Stoneman racked up her fourth 30-point game this season, and it couldn't have come at a better time as the Panthers needed each of those points to defeat rival Chalker.
Bristol trailed by three at the half, but Stoneman turned it on after intermission to fuel the Panthers (8-12). She scored 22 of her game-high 30 points in the second half - 14 in the third quarter. She ended with a double-double as she grabbed 10 rebounds.
Kaylie Rowland helped Bristol with nine points and 10 rebounds.
Rachel Wilson paced Chalker with 21 points. Shelby Cameron added 17 and Brittany Sherwood chipped in 12.
JACKSON-MILTON 64, WESTERN RESERVE 62: NORTH JACKSON - Ashley Totani drove the lane with 9 seconds left in overtime. She was fouled, made the shot and converted on the 3-point play, putting the Blue Jays up by two.
Jackson-Milton (13-8) pressed on the inbounds and didn't let the arch rival Blue Devils (15-7) have off a shot.
Western Reserve forced overtime as Jackson-Milton turned over the ball late in the fourth quarter and the Blue Devils got a free throw and a bucket to force the extra session, tied at 57.
Ashley Totani finished with 14 points, while Kaitlyn Totani added 16 for Jackson-Milton, which plays Monday at Lisbon.
Tory White led Western Reserve with 20 points, while Rachel Masch had 18 and Aleah Hughes had 17 points and 21 rebounds.
MINERAL RIDGE 37, McDONALD 23: McDONALD - Mineral Ridge pulled away with a 29-16 advantage in the second half to beat McDonald.
Alyssa Harkins led the Rams with 22 points.
Sara Joseph paced the Blue Devils with nine points.
EUCLID 59, HARDING 55: EUCLID - Maya Bell had 16 points and Gariana Bercheni added 12, but it was enough to lift the Raiders past the Panthers.
R. White led Euclid with 16 points, while T. Whitner had 15 and C. Stewart added 10.
GARFIELD 58, WOODRIDGE 40: GARRETTSVILLE - Grayson Rose had 13 points and 15 rebounds to lead the G-Men past the Bulldogs in this Portage Trail Conference, County Division battle.
Alicia Whitte put in 16 points, while Madisson Geddes added 15 for Garfield (13-8, 8-4).
Williams led Woodridge with 20 points.
SOUTHEAST 61, MOGADORE 54: PALMYRA - Danielle Norquest had 17 points to lead the Pirates past the Wildcats.
Southeast improved to 17-4, 10-2 PTC County.
Barker led Mogadore (17-3, 8-2) with 23 points.
