WEATHERSFIELD - Two area teens who police said refused to move for a township snow plow on Sunday are facing felony charges of disrupting public services.
Stefon Walker, 18, of Mineral Ridge, is scheduled to appear in Niles Municipal Court for an arraignment at 8:45 a.m. Thursday. He was given a $2,500 personal bond earlier this week.
The second boy, age 16, also was charged and his case is being handled by the Trumbull County Juvenile Court.
Police reported arresting the two after they refused to move for a township snow plow Sunday.
Reports state that a worker was attempting to plow Seaborn Street when Walker and the juvenile refused to get off the roadway. At one point they threw snowballs at the plow truck, police reported. Once of the teens approached the driver of the plow truck and began to curse at the driver, officers said.
