WARREN -- City fire officials are investigating a Sunday morning blaze that damaged a home, garage and two vehicles.
Warren Fire Chief Ken Nussle said the fire started in the attached garage and spread to the interior of the house at 659 Phillips Drive S.W. just before 4:30 a.m.
However, it was not clear whether one of the vehicles caught fire and flames spread through the garage or if there was another source of origin, he said.
One firefighter suffered a sprained arm. No other injuries were reported.
The fire caused an estimated $20,000 damage to house and garage. Damage to the two vehicles in the garage -- a Toyota 1988 MR2 sport scar with historical license plate and a 2004 Dodge Durango -- was estimated at $6,000.
