LA MESA, Calif. - Ann Louise Gyomber, 95, formerly of Youngstown's West Side, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, at Peppertree Guest Home II in La Mesa, Calif.
She was born Nov. 9, 1918, in Mingo Junction, the daughter of John and Katherine Hudak Sedlock.
Ann worked as a teacher's aide for the National City School System near San Diego. She was a longtime member of St. Brendan Church in Youngstown.

Survivors include a son, Joseph of La Mesa; two daughters, Joann Mundy of Manassas, Va., and Georgia Yeats of Vancouver, Wash.; 15 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Gyomber; a son, James; two brothers; and three sisters.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown. Funeral services will begin 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home and continue with a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. Brendan Church in Youngstown.
Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, where Ann will be laid to rest next to her husband.
