Kids to learn about Underground Railroad

CURATOR TO DISCUSS UNDERGROUND RAILROAD: Sally Thomas, Sutliff Museum curator, will present a history of the Underground Railroad in Ohio through images and stories, many of which took place in Trumbull County, at 1 p.m. Saturday Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW. The program is for children in grades three to eight. The program will include discussion on the secret network that helped many slaves escape to freedom during the 19th century.
