WARREN -- A 42-year-old Warren man remained in Trumbull County Jail after pleading not guilty Monday to a charge of rape that carries a potential life sentence.
Kendall Thomas was held in lieu of a $500,000 bond pending a pre-trial Wednesday before Common Pleas Judge W. Wyatt McKay. He was arrested over the weekend on a secret indictment that accuses him of raping a minor female family member Jan. 26.
The alleged crime took place at a North Federlee Street S.E. address where Thomas was staying.
