KINSMAN - Rose M. Clute, 85, died on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014.
She was born on Nov. 6, 1928, in Jamestown, Pa., a daughter of George B. and Zofia Wajnarowski Liszka. Mrs. Clute was a 1947 graduate of Pymatuning Joint High School in Jamestown, Pa.
On June 17, 1950, she married William Bruce Clute.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, the Kinsman Chat and Patch Club, and she bowled on a couples and woman's league.
Mrs. Clue enjoyed rose gardening, doing puzzles and crossword puzzles, sewing, crocheting, cooking and baking, polka dancing, and playing rummy, cribbage and Tripoli.
Survivors include four daughters, Ann Marie (Paul) Wetzel of Greenville, Pa.; Carol I. (Michael) McCarthy of Liberty, Darlene S. (Dave) Britton of Howland and Diane K. Cousins of Kinsman; a sister, Harriet Liszka of Greenville, Pa.; three brothers, Leo (Clara) Liszka and Thomas (Anne) Liszka, both of Greenville, Pa., and Frank (Nancy) Liszka of Jamestown, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 42 years, William B. Clute, who died on Dec. 29, 1992; an infant sister, Rosa; a sister, Stefi Cummins; and two brothers, Joseph and John Liszka.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Baumgardner Funeral and Cremation Services, 8569 Main St., Kinsman. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Burial will follow in Kinsman Cemetery.
