DAYTON - Timika Angerine Burney, 36, of Dayton and formerly of Warren, died Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, at her residence following a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 14, 1977, in Warren, the daughter of Cedric L. and Charlene King Haynes.
Ms. Burney was employed with Miami Valley Child Development Center. She was a member of Revival Center Ministries International.
Survivors include two sons, James Jr. and Quinton, both of Dayton; one daughter, Taejah Burney of Dayton; her father of Girard; five brothers, Cedric Haynes of Warren, Kedric Haynes of Dayton, William Clark Burgess of Liberty, Robert Burgess of Port Clinton and Rasheed Provitt of Lafayette, La.; and two sisters, Teletha Provitt of Columbus and Salinda Sellars of Beaver Falls, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ. Calling hours will be held one hour prior to service at the church, and the family also will receive friends at 2321 Linda Drive N.W., Warren, the home of her brother.
Burial will take place in Oakwood Cemetery.
Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
