BOARDMAN -- The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has identified the woman whose body was found in a locked SUV parked behind Southern Park Mall on Friday afternoon.
Authorities identified Dawn Blagovich, 42, of Niles, based on cards found in the vehicle.
She had been reported missing Wednesday.
In a news release issued over the weekend, the coroner's office reported no signs of foul play or trauma were observed. The date of death is listed as undetermined and an examination of her body has been scheduled for Tuesday.
Boardman police and Lane Ambulance personnel notified the coroner's office concerning the body; and Dr. Joseph S. Ohr, forensic pathologist and deputy coroner, and Courtney Bouchie, a coroners investigator, went to the scene.
The coroner's office reported that the circumstances of Blagovich's disappearance and death are under investigation by the coroner's office, along with Boardman and Liberty police.
The coroner's office is asking anyone who saw or had any interaction with Blagovich after 10 a.m. Wednesday to call the office at 330-740-2175.
