Liberty police looking for missing woman
LIBERTY - The Liberty Township Police Department is asking for help in finding a local woman who has been missing since Wednesday morning.
A 911 supervisor said Thursday that anyone with information on Dawn Blagovich, 42, of Niles, is asked to call the 911 non-emergency number at 330-675-2730.
Reports indicate Blagovich didn't show up for a scheduled appointment and has been missing since 8 a.m. Wednesday.
Blagovich is described as standing 5-foot-5, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, and was believed last seen driving a 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada, license plate number FXQ 4592.
Police report break-in at Warren business
WARREN - Police are investigating a break-in they said took place at a local business shortly after it was destroyed by fire earlier this week.
A city police officer was on patrol around 9 a.m. Wednesday when he was alerted to the break-in at Lifetime Muffler & Auto Repair, 2643 W. Market St., according to a Warren police report. The report indicates the break-in took place Tuesday afternoon - a day after fire crews were called to extinguish a blaze at the building.
Fire officials said the structure appeared to be destroyed. However, a damage estimate had not yet been determined as of Thursday. The report doesn't state what might have been taken in the break-in.
Sheriff office investigating stabbing at Bristol Inn Bar
BRISTOL- The Trumbull County Sheriff's Office is investigating a Thursday evening stabbing reported at the Bristol Inn Bar, 6233 state Route 45.
A 911 spokesman said the stabbing occurred at 8:52 p.m., and a man was taken to the hospital. The sheriff's office and Ohio State Highway Patrol are working together on what happened and locating the person who committed the stabbing.
Further details on the stabbing, including name of the victim and his condition, were not available Thursday night.
East Liverpool shooting suspect found in Columbus
EAST LIVERPOOL - A man considered a suspect in the shooting of a local man last July has been found in Columbus and was being held there Thursday by officials.
Christian Radcliff, 25, Columbus, is currently incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail after a call by city Detective Don Fickes in relation to a more recent case involving his alleged victim.
Radcliff is suspected of shooting Tyler Austin, 22, Wells Avenue, Wellsville, during a confrontation in the East End last July which resulted in Austin suffering a wound to his torso and being flown to a Pittsburgh hospital.
