WARREN -- Michael Burns, 33, of Mineral Ridge, was sentenced to 11 years in prison Tuesday after he was found guilty of manslaughter and aggravated burglary in the death of Terry Allen, 35, also of Mineral Ridge while the two were burglarizing a Niles home
Homeowner Roy Hahn shot Allen to death while Allen, Burns and three others attempted to break in. Burns was charged because somebody died as a result of his crime.
The three others have upcoming trials scheduled.
