WARREN - Nicholas Michael Ahladis, 62, passed away Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, in St. Joseph Health Center emergency room.
He was born Dec. 13, 1951, in Warren, the son of Michael and Tula Ahladis.
A 1970 graduate of Western Reserve High School, he retired from Thomas Steel Strip as a bandar in the anyling department after 20 years.

Nicholas was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his mother, Tula Ahladis of Warren; his children, Tula (John) Laos and Michael Nicholas Ahladis, both of Athens, Greece; two grandchildren, Nick and Scenia Laos; sister, Angie (George) Bournias of Warren; and two brothers, Louis Ahladis of Warren and Tony (Louri) of Corral Springs, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, where there will be an 11 a.m. service with the Rev. Constantine Valantasis officiating.
