WARREN - Lillian Anne DeCamp, 77, of Warren, passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
The daughter of the late John and Catherine "Baba" Potashnik, she was born Dec. 1, 1935, in Warren.
On Oct. 23, 1956, she married her husband and best friend, Albert R. DeCamp, with whom she spent 53 years of marriage before his passing in 2009.
Lillian worked as a cashier for A&P, and later Sparkle Market, from which she retired after 30 years at the position of head cashier. She also was an owner and operator of M&M restaurant with her sisters and stepfather.
She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.
She is survived by her beloved cat, "Poopie;" a son, Tom DeCamp of Warren; and five grandchildren, Monica (Christopher) Johnson, Pete Liberopoulos, Brent (Mandy) DeCamp, Kristen Poulos and Reide DeCamp. She also leaves behind her three great-grandchildren, DinaMarie Johnson, Londyn Johnson and Nicholas DeCamp; and a sister, Joann Sipusic.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert R DeCamp; a daughter, Darlene "Dolly" Poulos; her stepfather, Ed Bergstrom; and her sister, Katherine "Cookie" Rice. She also was preceded in death by her beloved aunts Annie, Sophie and Lillian.
Services were held at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Burial took place in Pineview Memorial Park.
