WARREN -- Tashawn Walker, who is charged with murder in the Oct. 26 shooting death of a local man, is being held without bond at the Trumbull County Jail.
A Warren Municipal Judge earlier today called Walker a ``flight risk'' during the 26-year-old man's initial court appearance.
Walker, of Baytown, Texas, is accused of fatally shooting Richard C. Rollison IV, 24, at the Sunoco service station on West Market Street one week after his brother, Taemarr Walker, was killed in a police-involved shooting near Palmyra and Risher roads.
Warren police issued an arrest warrant for Tashawn Walker the same day Rollison, who can be heard identifying the shooter on police dash cam video, the day of the shooting. U.S. Marshals arrested him at a home in Baytown, Texas, Oct. 28.
He waived his right to an extradition hearing in Texas last week and Warren police traveled to Houston this week to escort him to Warren to face the murder charge.
