Traveling was another one of her passions. For many years Betty and Bob traveled to Myrtle Beach each February, and they also visited England and Japan and traveled throughout the United States.
Betty's grandchildren were very important to her, and they will have many memories to cherish of the great stories she shared with them, her teaching them to play the card game "500," and the many trips they took.
