September 24, 2013
Tribune Chronicle |

WARREN - A 19-year-old Braceville woman was sentenced to three years in prison today after pleading to home invasion charges and agreeing to testify against an accomplice in the case.

Gina Carmalita Little, who lived in the same mobile home park where the break-in and robbery took place, pleaded guilty in June to aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. She was sentenced by Judge Andrew Logan.

An agreed sentence spells out how Little, who also has an address in Akron, will help prosecutors in their case against Todd Smith, 35, who faces the same robbery and burglary charges along with felonious assault and a specification that he is a repeat violent offender an enhancement that could add an additional 10 years to any sentence.
