HOWLAND - Billie Sue Bellando, 80, entered peacefully into rest at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at St. Joseph Health Care Center in Warren.
She was born June 3, 1933, the daughter of E.L. and Lena Garrett.
Sue resided in Warren for most of her adult life and was formerly of Mississippi, where she attended high school.

She was the co-owner of Su Jon Enterprises from 1969 to 2013. Prior to that, she worked at Crest Lanes bowling alley and owned Suburban Style Beauty Salon in Champion in 1970 with her husband. She had a passion for dancing and often performed in musicals for the U.S. Armed Forces at Fort Benning, Ga.
On June 18, 1969, Sue was united in marriage with John Bellando, and they shared 43 years together.
Sue was a cancer survivor, and her life will be remembered and celebrated by those she leaves behind, her daughter, Shirley Cheesbro-Wilson of Warren; her son, John L. Bellando of Columbus; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren, where the family will receive friends 9:30 to 11 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Bernard Schmalzried.
Burial will follow in Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna.
