Tue. 12:34pm: Arraignment scheduled for man spotted carrying rifle

WARREN - A 44-year-old city man police said was spotted carrying a rifle in the area of Tod Avenue at West Market Street early Sunday morning is scheduled to be arraigned today on various weapons charges.

Warren police charged Justin D. Hollins, 3920 Tod Ave. N.W., with having weapons while under disability and using weapons while intoxicated.

Reports state Hollins had five active warrants for failing to appear at court hearings when he was arrested just after 2:30 a.m. Warren police said they found two rounds of ammunition and a pocket knife on him.

Police said one of the warrants was related to a domestic violence conviction.
