Tribune Chronicle |

YOUNGSTOWN - A Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday indicted a 20-year-old woman accused of hitting five people at a vigil held in February on the city's South Side for a man who died while walking in the same area the week before.

Rochelle B. Taylor of Logan Avenue is facing a fifth-degree felony charge of failing to stop after an accident and a second-degree misdemeanor charge of obstructing official business.

Investigators said she didn't have a driver's license and didn't know how to drive when she crashed into a large group of people gathered on Feb. 8 for a vigil for Robert Brown Jr., 23, of West Hylda Avenue.

The accident sent five men to area hospitals.
