LEAVITTSBURG - Clancy "Bud" John Rowland, 63, of Leavittsburg, passed away Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, at his home.
He was born Sept. 11, 1949, in Warren, a son of the late John and Betty Huey Rowland.
He married Pamela Bush on Feb. 29, 1980.
"Bud" was employed as a supervisor with WCI Steel for 36 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Union Local 1375, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gambling and listening to Elvis Presley and Reba McIntyre.
Memories of Clancy will be carried on by his wife, Pamela Rowland of Leavittsburg; son, Jeffrey (Robin) Rowland of Pensacola, Fla.; daughter, Kelley (Dave) Tomisch of Cortland; stepdaughter, Regina (Lonnie) McCoy of Warren; stepson, David King of Leavittsburg; brother, Chuck (Caroline) Rowland of Niles; and sisters, Jenny (Carrel) White of Warren and Jackie (Bill) Bush of Braceville. He also will be missed by his mother-in-law, Betty Bush; seven grandchildren; and four stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Florence Rowland.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where the Rev. John Thornhill will officiate. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Clancy will be laid to rest in Pine Knoll Cemetery, Warren.
