WARREN - A city man police said "has been the source of several disturbance calls" the past two months is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on various charges, including obstructing official business.
Police arrested Joel M. Wesley, 21, 1834 Mahoning Ave. N.W., about 10:37 p.m. Tuesday after he led them on a foot chase following a traffic stop at Rogers Street and Milton Avenue.
He is also charged with having an open container, driving under suspension and loud music from a vehicle.
Police reported he also was wanted on two failure to show for court warrants.
