WARREN TOWNSHIP - John Sheridan Webber, 82, died Saturday morning, Aug. 3, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.
He was born March 27, 1931, in Bristolville, the son of George Frank and Anne Webber.
John served in the Navy from 1950 to 1954 during the Korean War. He retired in 1983 from Structural Fibers in Chardon.
Survivors include his wife, Payom Jitta Montgomery Webber; three daughters, Pamela Ross of Warren Township, Cindy Rousch of French Creek, W.Va., and Lory McCarthy of Summerfield, Fla.; two sons, Chuck Webber of Windsor and Jerry Webber of Leavittsburg; one stepson, Jennarong "Jenn" Montgomery of Warren Township; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Clara Peterson of Warren; and one brother, James Webber of Cortland.
One sister and three brothers preceded him in death.
Per John's wishes, no services or calling hours will be held. A private family gathering will take place. Arrangements were entrusted to Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren.
