June 26, 2013
Tribune Chronicle |

WARREN A 20-year-old local man is scheduled for a preliminary hearing later this morning on a charge of aggravated burglary and three counts of kidnapping after police said he held a gun to a woman's head last month.

Kemari James of Tod Avenue remains in Trumbull County Jail without bond pending the appearance before Warren Municipal Judge Thomas Gysegem.

James was charged by Warren detectives May 13, the day after they said Takia Williams of Lancer Court was held against her will along with two of her children she has with James after James broke into her home.
