WARREN - Ten men from Youngstown are among 17 people that have been indicted by a federal grand jury for the part they played in a conspiracy to distribute drugs in Youngstown and elsewhere in Ohio, the U.S. Attorney's Office in northern Ohio announced today.
All of the men from Youngstown face a charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, heroin and marijuana. Three of the local men also face charges of maintaining a premises for the purpose of distributing and using controlled substances, according to a news release.
The indictment also contains 52 counts of using a telephone to facilitate drug trafficking.
