Mark Toncar, a sophomore at Lakeview High School, takes a dip in the high school marching band’s dunk tank. A large crowd turned out Thursday evening for the opening day of the annual Cortland Lions Street Fair, which will occupy Main Street through Saturday. Featured entertainment today will be Wet Lemon at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, there’s a morning cornhole tournament and parade that will begin at 6 p.m. Later in the evening, the Fillbillies will perform.
