In response to the letter from Leif Damstoft on last Sunday, his advice to the gun nuts (like me) was to "accept the election outcome and work with it, not against it, and trust the government decisions with your life, much as you would an unknown driver of an opposing automobile passing within feet of your vehicle." Sounds like Germany in the 1930s.
As an NRA member and a gun owner, I find it difficult to trust my government to make good decisions having violated the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments as evidenced by "Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS, news media investigations and the NSA activities."
When our government gives me good reason to trust their actions will I then be able to accept the voter outcome. Until that time, the electorate needs to do its homework and discover the bloated, deficit ridden, wasteful, inefficient and controlling Big Brother our government has become.
