WARREN - An assistant prosecutor says he wants a 27-year-old Niles woman to spend at least seven years behind bars after she and her husband went on a crime spree in Girard in January when they left their two small children in the back seat of their car while they broke into homes.

Nicole M. Burchell, of Franklin Street, pleaded guilty today to a four-count indictment that included two counts of burglary, endangering children and a charge of petty theft that assistant prosecutor Chris Becker stems from Burchell breaking into her own brother's car to steal money from him.

Judge W. Wyatt McKay ordered a pre-sentence investigation for Burchell who has remained in Trumbull County Jail in lieu of $50,000 since her arrest Jan. 10.
