Former Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann has asked the state Supreme Court to reinstate his license to practice law.
Dann, formerly of Liberty, filed the application with the high court today.
The court in November ordered Dann, who resigned in 2008 as attorney general amid a sexual harassment scandal, to give up his license for six months. Dann continued to work at his firm in the Cleveland area, helping other attorneys in compliance with Supreme Court rules.
