WARREN - Following two raids in less than a year, the owner of a Braceville spa agreed today to shutter the business for good.

A nuisance hearing was held before Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Ronald Rice in which Ted Kolacz said he would not reopen the state Route 5 business as a spa.

Kolacz, of Newton Falls, is allowed to move another business there, though.

The agreement caps a year in which the business was raided twice by law enforcement on claims employees and patrons were engaging in prostitution.
