WARREN - Michael Moures, 67, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, at the Cleveland Clinic from complications from pancreatitis.
Michael was born Feb. 7, 1946, in Warren, the son of John and Millie Moures.
He was a 1965 graduate of Leavittsburg High School. Michael retired from Lordstown GM Assembly as a paint coordinator after 30 years.
He was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. He enjoyed playing cards and going to casinos.
He is survived by a daughter, Meschel Moures; two brothers and two sisters, Maria (Nick) Anastasiadis of Howland, James (Ruth) Moures of Warren, Steve Moures of Warren and Irene (Michael) Giannakos of Warren; two grandchildren, Stacey and Nicholas; an aunt, Julia Giannakos; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Maria Moures, who passed away Sept. 11, 2012.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today with a Trisagion Service at 5 p.m. and from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church with Fr. Constantine Valantasis officiating.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
