A two-out RBI double by Pymatuning Valley's Hunter Rhoades gave the Lakers a 6-5 walk-off win in a Northeastern Athletic Conference doubleheader sweep of Badger.
Matt Kraml of Badger hit a two-out, two-run single to tie the game at 5 in the top of the seventh of Game 2. Four players earned multiple hits for the Lakers (8-7, 8-3), who cruised to a 7-2 victory in Game 1. Darren Petrowski struck out eight and walked one in that victory. Chase Thurber and Cody Ellis each smacked four hits. Thurber hit two doubles and drove in three.
A two-out single in the bottom of the seventh by Nate Harrah lifted Newton Falls over Rootstown, 4-3, in Game 1 of a doubleheader. Harrah, who finished with two hits, knocked in Jaden Walton, who doubled earlier in the inning for the Tigers (11-3). Newton Falls smacked five doubles in a 13-2 rout of the Rovers in Game 2.
Maplewood was swept in a pair of close games against Cornerstone Christian. The Patriots won, 3-2, in Game 1 and 4-1 in Game 2.
Maplewood balked in what ended up being the winning run in Game 1. The balk came in the sixth inning with runners on first and third and the game tied at 2. Nate Spitler led the Rockets (12-9) with two hits. Kevin Jones struck out seven and walked one in the loss.
Brandon Rosenberg paced Maplewood with two hits in Game 2. Michael Palm added a double.
Nick Sigworth led off the bottom of the eighth winning with a walk-off solo home run as Southeast beat Coventry, 4-3. In the Pirates' second game of the day, they fell to Coventry, 6-4, as Josh Lock had three hits.
Bristol destroyed Lordstown, 17-0, as Johnny Simcox led with four hits and four RBIs. Eight Panthers had at least two hits.

Angela Penza struck out 10 batters in two wins over Bedford. The Cardinals won 15-8 and 12-2.
Ursuline beat Willoughby South, 3-2, behind a home run from Stephanie Ohalek. The Irish then dropped to Notre Dame Cathedral Latin, 11-3.
