BRACEVILLE - Police were at the Rose Spa shortly after 9 a.m. today confiscating refrigerators, tables, chairs, flat screen televisions and other items.
This is the second time this year the police department has seized items from Rose Spa, 4300 , state Route 5.
In April, the department raided the spa after receiving tips that prostitution was taking place in the establishment.
An investigation revealed at least six men had paid a $50 entrance fee and up to $120 for sex acts.
As a result of the April 4 raid, the police have obtained a nuisance-abatement claim and shut it down. Police found more than 200 condoms and nearly $8,000 inside the spa. It was boarded up has remained closed.
