Howland students create rain barrels

HOWLAND STUDENTS MAKE RAIN BARRELS: Howland High School students have painted rain barrels that have been made available for a silent auction to promote a means of harvesting rain water. The barrels are on display for auction from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at the Howland administration building, 205 Niles Cortland Road. Proceeds will benefit the PANDA Project.
