RAVENNA - Earline Raymond, 62, formerly of Warren, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Robinson Memorial Hospital after a prolonged respiratory illness.
Earline was born April 7, 1950, in Andalusia, Ala., and was the daughter of the late Johnnie Raymond and Alline Young.
Earline was employed by LifeLine as a Crisis Hot Line counselor for more than 15 years.
She was a member of Alpha & Omega Seventh-day Adventist Church in Warren.
She was an avid reader, enjoyed writing poetry, loved to sing, listen to music and was a "perfume connoisseur." Earline most enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Memories of Earline will be carried on by her daughters, Yolanda Hollis of Piscataway, N.J., Makai Harris of Los Angeles and Makia Harris of Ravenna; a son, Alfie Raymond of Youngstown; sisters, Lois Pugh and Angel Faye Williams, both of Warren; grandchildren, Stephanie Hollis of Newark, N.J., and Danielle Hollis of Piscataway, N.J.; and a great-grandchild, Angel Rae Caraballo of New Jersey.
Family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at the Alpha and Omega Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1247 Woodland St., in Warren. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m., following the calling hours, with Pastor James Davis officiating.
