Wed. 4pm: Cats found in abandoned West Side home (photo)

YOUNGSTOWN - The 422 Wesley Ave. home on the West Side does not look at first glance to have any major problems.

But looks can be deceiving.

The problems appear when the doors open, as a cleanup crew was airing out the home today after police were called and discovered a house full of garbage and cat feces and five cats upstairs and the scent of all the garbage seeped outside.

However, Cyndi Wolford, owner of Amdecon, a company that specializes in cleaning up crime scenes and other disasters based in Youngstown, said three more cats were found in the basement today.
