YOUNGSTOWN - A 19-year-old man was cited for criminal trespass Tuesday afternoon after being warned to stay out of a downtown building by police because of the way he wore his pants and the lyrical content of the music coming from his phone.

Omar Croom, no address listed, was banned from 20 Federal Place by an officer after he argued over being warned about his pants and the music from his phone.

Reports state the officer spotted Croom near the food court about 3:30 p.m. and his pants were sagging, showing off his boxer shorts and that music with bad language was coming from his phone.
