WARREN - Edward Davis Sr., 81, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 2, 1932, in Warren, the son of William and Estella Madlock Lawson.
Edward retired from American Welding.

Survivors include two sons, Curtis of Warren and Albert J. of Arnold, Pa.; three daughters, Sandra J. Davis, Deborah A. Clay and Annette Davis, all of Warren; one brother, Charlie of Warren; 47 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Davis; a son, Edward Jr.; three brothers; two sisters; and three great-grandchildren.
A service of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grace AME Church, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Annette, at 1171 Taylor St. N.W.
Arrangements were handled by Sibley-Murray Funeral Home.
