WARREN - Ramona Jean Gotch, 84, of Warren, was called home Jan. 15, 2013, at Community Skilled Health Care Center.
She was born May 31, 1928, in New Kennsington, Pa., a daughter of Alfred and Jennie McMillen Gauntt.
Ramona married Paul Gotch on June 18, 1968, and he preceded her in death in 1995.
She attended the Belmont Assembly of God Church in earlier years and worked as a waitress at the Golden Gate Restaurant. She was also employed as an office manager at the Champion Super Center and Turney's Department Store.
Ramona enjoyed crafts, especially ceramics, working in her yard, traveling and bingo. She also loved to bowl and was a member of several area leagues, but mainly she loved her savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, along with her family, grandchildren and her beloved cat, Bebe.
She is survived by three sons, Timothy Faler of Pennsylvania, Charles Faler of Warren and Edward Faler of Girard; a daughter, Odetta (Ronnie) Weber of Warren; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Alfred E. Gauntt of Leavittsburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a half-brother, Robert Gauntt; and a half-sister, Roberta Leigh.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held at noon Saturday.
Entombment will be in Pineview Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family requests that material contributions be made to Maranatha Church in her memory.
