BURGHILL - Glen E. Reinhart, 73, of 4191 Custer Orangeville Road, Hartford Township, passed away at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at UPMC Horizon Greenville.
He was born Nov. 30, 1939, in Otter Creek Township, Mercer County, Pa., the son of Kenneth I. Reinhart and Catherine M. Scott Reinhart.
He was a 1957 graduate of Commodore Perry High School.
He was employed for over 30 years in the print shop of the Youngstown Vindicator, and he had previously been employed as a fitter at the former Greenville Steel Car.
He attended the Living Word Christian Center in Greenville, Pa., and he was a member of the Order of Faithful in Hartford, Greenville Family Moose Center 276 and the Italian Home Club in Greenville, Pa.
His interests included fishing, golfing, bowling and rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Glen served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1957 to 1961.
He married the former Mary C. Cameron on Feb. 1, 1975, and she survives at home. Also surviving are two daughters, Tracey Reinhart of Burghill and Kelly (Barry) Reinhart; his mother of Greenville, Pa.; a brother, Dr. William Reinhart of Solon; and two grandchildren, Belia and Olivia Reinhart.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his son, Todd D. Reinhart.
Funeral and committal services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Loutzenhiser-Jordan Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 366 S. Main St. in Greenville, Pa., with the Rev. James Chapin, pastor of Living Word Christian Center, officiating. VFW Post 3374 will render military honors at the conclusion of the service.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Delaware Township Cemetery.
