WARREN - Jack Lee Reynolds, 69, of Warren, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at his residence.
He was born May 8, 1943, in Fayetteville, W.Va., a son of the late Elton Reynolds and the late Ethel M. Bennett Reynolds.
He worked in maintenance for American Welding.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He also was president of the Central Social Club, and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan.
He is survived by his children, Mark (Angela) Reynolds of Niles, Jack (Michelle) Reynolds of Warren and Sheri (Darin) Mullenax of Champion; his grandchildren, Maria, Anna, Carli, Matthew, Austin, Haylee, Hannah, Kylee, Brittanie, Christian and Alex; great-grandchildren, Aubree, Addison and Marina; and his brothers, James Reynolds of Bazetta and Harold Reynolds of Hico, W.Va.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Jim Dittmar will officiate. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Champion Township Cemetery.
