MILLFIELD - Joseph Ralph "Jumpy" Caroselli,85, of Millfield, formerly of Hartford and Kinsman, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at Kimes Convalescent Center in Athens.
Joe was born March 26, 1927, in Moween, Pa., the son of Frank and Maria Lozzi Caroselli.
Mr. Caroselli had served in the Middle Eastern Conference World War II as U.S. Army staff sergeant in the 2753 Engineer Battalion in Casa Blanca, Cairo and Germany.

He had been employed at Mullins Manufacturing / Youngstown Kitchens and owned Fiesta Cafe and Caroselli's Restaurant. He was a member of Kinsman American Legion, Kinsman Veteran of Foreign Wars, Farm Bureau, Kinsman Fire Department and Bronzwood Golf Course. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and hunting.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda (JJ) Johnson of Hubbard, Denise (Tom) Swick of Millfield and Diane (Karl) Brest of Kinsman; one brother, Frank Caroselli of Wisconsin;,six grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death on July 29, 1992, by his wife, Joyce Pennell Caroselli, whom he married July 2, 1949. He was also preceded in death by a brother, John Caroselli; and sisters, Helen Zaffuto, Nancy Bills and Theresa Statdmiller.
Services will be held at a later date.
