AUSTINTOWN -- A man accused of 21 counts of attempted murder after police say he rammed his semi into the Club 76 strip club early Saturday morning waived his preliminary hearing today.
Prosecutors also dismissed several misdemeanor charges against 44-year-old Suren Aryman of Las Vegas pending indictment by a Mahoning County Common Pleas Court grand jury.
Police say Aryman was angry that he was asked to leave the club and drove his truck into the building and some parked cars. He appeared this morning before Mahoning County Area Court 4 Judge David DApolito.
