YOUNGSTOWN -- Traffic was backed up in the southbound lanes of Interstate 680 for more than an hour after a semi truck involved in an accident with two other vehicles overturned about 11 a.m.
A spokesman for the police department said the truck had overturned just before the Glenwood Avenue exit. A news release from the department states there were also several accidents among the backed up traffic.
The flow of traffic was restored about 12:30 p.m., a spokesman for the department said.
