SOUTHINGTON -- The on-ramp to State Route 5 eastbound from Parkman Road eastbound could be closed for hours as crews continue cleaning up after a truck carrying 40,000 pounds of cheese overturned today, Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said.
According to reports, a Middlefield Cheese truck rolled over after taking the ramp too sharply.
The driver has been taken to Trumbull Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, OSP reported. His identity and condition are not available.
