WARREN -- A Detroit man arrested Sunday after a multiple shooting that resulted in the death of a local man was released from jail earlier today.
Reginald Baldwin, 21, of Detroit was released from Trumbull County Jail around 11 a.m. today, jail staff confirmed.
Prosecutors said they do not plan to charge him in the fatal shooting of Marco Dukes, 32.
Prosecutors filed charges of aggravated murder and felonious assault today against Dale A. Hatch 25, also of Detroit, who has a listed address on Youngstown Road S.E. in Warren. Hatch is expected to be arraigned Wednesday.
Both Hatch and Baldwin were arrested Sunday shortly after the shootings on Elm Court between Market and High streets.
Larry Smith, 29, of Warren, identified by family members as Dukes' cousin, was also shot and is recovering at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Police are looking for another Warren man also believed to have been wounded in the shootings.
