YOUNGSTOWN - The second person charged with murder at an off-campus fraternity in February 2011 pleaded guilty this morning to reduced charges.

Mark Jones entered pleas to a charge of involuntary manslaughter and 10 counts of felonious assault for the shooting that killed 25-year-old Jamail Johnson and wounded 11 others at the Indiana Avenue fraternity house.

His brother, Columbus Jones, was convicted of murder in August.

Prosecutors say Mark Jones gave the gun to his brother.
