Ashley Nichole Jackson and Russell James King were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Oct. 6, 2012, at the Howland Community Church. Officiating at the event was the Rev. Dr. Brian Byrne.

An evening reception was held at DiVieste Banquet Rooms.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Justine Sayers of Cortland. Parents of the groom are Rex and Mary King of Bristolville.

Stacy Boone attended the bride as matron of honor, while Aleasa Knight and Lindsey Russo served as bridesmaids. Ashley Snowden served as a bridal attendant.

Performing the duties of best man for the groom was Rex King Jr., while Adam Tenney and Mark Bates served as groomsmen. Karston Ross King, nephew-of-the-groom, served as ring bearer.

The new Mrs. King is a 2007 graduate of Lakeview High School and a 2012 cum laude graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor of business administration in accounting. She is employed at Covelli Enterprises as an accountant.

Mr. King is a 2007 graduate of Bristol High School. He is employed at King Motorsports as a racing consultant and mechanic.

The couple resides in Bristolville.
